Bunola River Road Slide

The Bunola River Road Slide located in Forward Township occurred in the Fall of 2017. This 1.8-million-dollar emergency road stabilization and retaining wall was awarded to our company under a PennDOT contract. This large-scale project included the construction of nearly 12,000 square feet of concrete and timber lagging to repair the solider pile retaining wall over 500 feet in length. The road was reopened within 90 days of job commencement. The Bunola River Road slide showcases our company’s abilities to successfully execute large scale retaining walls and time sensitive emergency projects.
